1. Sales Manager
35-45 years old
Has at least 10 years experience in sales management position
Good oral and written communication skills
Good network in the construction industry
Know how in making sales strategies
Knowledgeable in motivating sales force
Knows how to drive 4 wheel vehicle
2. Project Salesman
25-40 years old
Has at least 5 years experience in sales
Enjoys field work and meet people
Aggressive and Hardworking
Knows how to drive 2 and 4 wheel vehicle
3. Assistant Maintenance Supervisor
28-36 years old
Has at least 5 years experience in equipment repairs
Organized and detail oriented
Good people skills
Good penmanship and computer literate
Preferably mechanical engineering graduate
Knows how to drive 2 and 4 wheel vehicle
4. Equipment Operators
20-50 years old
Has at least 3 years experience in operating equipments safely and in proper manner
Knows how to drive 2 or 4 wheel vehicle
Preferably with 1,2,3,8 driver’s license code
Can operate any of the following:
Excavator, Payloader, Bulldozer, Grader, Dumptruck, Rough terrain Cranes, forklifts
